It was a Hollywood bash. A red carpet affair. A beautiful, tall brunette with laughing green eyes and an infectious smile-dressed in a figure-hugging red-sequin halterneck dress. Around her neck sparkled 113 diamonds matching the sparkle in her eyes. When Charlene Avis entered the home of her friend, Lawrence Hart, owner of Milari (www.jewelryandiamonds. com), guests applauded. The reason for this affair was Charlene, Managing Editor and co-owner of JULUKA, was turning 21 (plus maturity!).
